To perform any type of administrative change, you need to be logged into your website's admin area. To do this, follow the steps below:

First:
Enter your website's address into your favorite web browser (usually Microsoft Internet Explorer) followed by :2222

Example: http://yourdomain.com:2222


Second:
When the page loads, a login box appears. Enter your username and password that was sent to you in your initial welcome email and click the "Login" button.


Once logged into the site, to setup a new email account follow the steps below:

First:
Click on the "E-mail Accounts" menu item underneath the E-Mail Management section (the middle of the page)


Second:
A list of all email accounts that exist on your domain will show up, above this list is a menu item named "Create POP3 mail account", click on this item (this will allow you to create the new account).


Third:
Enter the username you wish to create in the "POP3 Username" field.
Next enter the password for this account, and re-enter it into the box below as well.
When all information has been entered correctly, click the Create button to finalize and create the email account
